This practice has installed a Planmeca Viso G7. Planmeca documents adjustable CBCT fields of view up to 30 × 30 cm, focused imaging options, Romexis review, and optional platform capabilities such as ProFace and jaw-motion records. The field, protocol, and licensed tools are selected for the patient and diagnostic question. Imaging informs the plan; it does not replace examination or clinical judgment.

TMD evaluation starts with history and examination, uses additional records selectively, and favors conservative or reversible care before irreversible treatment.

The clinical and laboratory teams coordinate design, fabrication, verification, and timing in the same building. A fixed provisional may be delivered during the visit only when the case qualifies.
