Dr. Baruch Tetri, DDS

Complex dentistry,
composed as one complete case.

Full-mouth reconstruction, implant surgery, periodontal care, and occlusion planned around one person—not a collection of procedures.

Baruch Tetri, DDS

Diplomate, American Board of Periodontology.

The practice receives patients seeking privacy and a carefully coordinated plan. Complex work may include full arches, failed implants, periodontal treatment, and restorations sequenced with the patient’s medical, functional, and social needs in view.

03 / Planmeca Viso G7

We can walk through your skull.

This practice has installed a Planmeca Viso G7. Planmeca documents adjustable CBCT fields of view up to 30 × 30 cm, focused imaging options, Romexis review, and optional platform capabilities such as ProFace and jaw-motion records. The field, protocol, and licensed tools are selected for the patient and diagnostic question. Imaging informs the plan; it does not replace examination or clinical judgment.

  • 01

The field of view is chosen for the case — a 75-micron tooth, or the whole skull.

  • 02

We slice the volume with the patient. The joint and the neck are no longer invisible.

  • 03

Then photogrammetry and the mill in the same building.

04 / The joint

Why TMD treatment demands restraint.

His interest in mandibular function began with his own experience of pain, but personal experience does not establish another patient’s diagnosis. TMD evaluation starts with history and examination, uses additional records selectively, and favors conservative or reversible care before irreversible treatment.

05 / The return

Not a brighter smile. A life that opens again.

People arrive after they have stopped dating, stopped going to work, stopped leaving the house because of the mouth. The work is surgical, slow where it must be, fast when a traveler needs a fixed arch in a day. What they take home is the ability to be seen.

The laboratory, coordinated.

For selected complete-arch cases, PIC photogrammetry records implant positions for a digital restorative workflow. The clinical and laboratory teams coordinate design, fabrication, verification, and timing in the same building. A fixed provisional may be delivered during the visit only when the case qualifies.
