Dr. Tetri is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. Cosmetic porcelain that ignores the periodontium fails at the margin. Surgical gum work here is planned with the final tooth in mind — grafting, gingivoplasty, and the architecture a ceramist can actually finish against.
