Length and light
Centrals that had drifted from one another. The gum was evened, the length restored, porcelain placed so the lip could rest on a wider line.

The margin
A close study of the same mouth. Color and incisal translucency brought back without thickening the tooth.

Crossbite to arch
A bilateral crossbite and a missing lower incisor. Expansion, piezosurgery, and braces to open the space a reconstruction can later fill.

The lower third
Wear had shortened the face. Full-mouth zirconia on a neuromuscular bite. Wrinkles that were really a collapsed jaw went quiet.

Grinding
Bruxism had chipped the front. The joint was seated, the arch rebuilt, the porcelain cut to a bite the muscle would hold.

Worn to rest
Pathologic wear and a showing implant. Gingivoplasty, a mock-up of the new length, then veneers and crowns on a corrected occlusion.

One sequence
Failing restorations, old implants kept where they were honest, new ones where they were not. A full-mouth day. Ceramic later.

From the denture
Years in a removable plate. Bone nearly gone. Twelve implants, grafting, immediate load. The chin came back from its forward pitch.

Two arches
All-on-X below, nine fixtures above. Photographs from 2018; a 2022 recall with the same teeth still quiet.

The migraine bite
Bridges that had locked the jaw. Gum surgery, retreatment of the canals, a six-month orthotic, then ceramic. The headaches stopped a month after the finals.

A face returned
No residual ridge to speak of. Grafting, twelve implants, a reconstruction of the lower third. Patients call it a lift. It is a bite.
