The reconstructions
other rooms will not take.

Full-arch work for the patients who stopped going out. The same chair, whether the name is known or not.

01 / The doctor

Baruch Tetri, DDS

Diplomate, American Board of Periodontology.

Celebrity patients sit in the same chair as the ones who have not been photographed in years. He takes the reconstructions other clinics send away — full arches, failed implants, faces that collapsed until work, dinner, and the front door all felt impossible. The respect is in the cases, not the names.

TMJ

Fifteen years on the joint. The work almost nobody will take.

03 / Planmeca Viso G7

We can walk through your skull.

This practice has installed a Planmeca Viso G7 — the most capable unit in that flagship line, and the Viso whose volume goes to 30 × 30 cm: skullcap, face, airway, TMJs, cervical spine to C7. In Romexis we dissect the volume. 4D jaw motion records the mandible moving. A 3D face photograph can sit on the bone. Then PIC. Then the mill. The work is highly precise. It takes enormous effort. It is compensated as such.

  • 01

The field of view is chosen for the case — a 75-micron tooth, or the whole skull.

  • 02

We slice the volume with the patient. The joint and the neck are no longer invisible.

  • 03

Then photogrammetry and the mill in the same building.

What the G7 lets us do

04 / The joint

Why almost nobody treats true TMJ.

He spent fifteen years on the joint after living with the pain himself — private study under a surgeon he will not name. A pretty arch on a fighting bite will crack. Porcelain waits.

05 / The return

Not a brighter smile. A life that opens again.

People arrive after they have stopped dating, stopped going to work, stopped leaving the house because of the mouth. The work is surgical, slow where it must be, fast when a traveler needs a fixed arch in a day. What they take home is the ability to be seen.

07 / The mill

Downstairs. Same day.

PIC photogrammetry records implant coordinates to microns. A robot cuts the bridge. That is why a traveler can leave with a fixed arch before evening — ceramist and surgeon sharing a wall.

Tetri’s Foundation for Kids.

A grant for children living with the worst untreated dental conditions. Families apply. A board selects. The reconstruction is done in this practice — not as charity theater, as work.
