A fixture is not a tooth. The tissue around it is.

What it is

Dr. Tetri is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. Implant work here is not a hardware problem. It is a question of bone volume, gum contour, and the bite that will load the fixture. Photogrammetry (PIC) records implant positions to microns. The laboratory then mills the restoration in the same building — often the same day.

    Bone that needs grafting before a fixture can hold.

  1. 01 — Read the site

    CBCT, periodontal charting, and a face-driven plan. If the jaw is collapsed, we do not place a tooth on a wrong bite.

  2. 02 — Prepare the bed

    Graft, sinus lift, or ridge split when the anatomy asks for it. Soft tissue is designed, not hoped for.

  3. 03 — Place and capture

    The fixture is set. PIC records its true position. The mill starts while the patient rests.

A well-placed implant disappears into the face. That is the point.
