Credentials
Baruch Tetri, DDS, is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. Celebrity patients use this practice. So do the people who have not been willing to be seen. He is known for the reconstructions other rooms decline — full arches, collapsed faces, years of failed work. The laboratory is in the building because he still thinks like a technician who has to make the tooth, not only place it.

The bite
Gneuromuscular dentistry treats the jaw as a muscle organ.
He spent fifteen years on the joint because he had to. The pain was his first. The training was private, under a living odont surgeon he will not name. K7, EMG, and TENS are on the floor because a pretty arch on a fighting joint will crack. TENS quiets the muscle. The scan shows where the mandible wants to rest. Porcelain is then built to that position — not to the collapsed bite the patient walked in with. Headaches, joint noise, and a shortened lower face are often the same sentence.
The mill
Downstairs.
After implants are placed, PIC photogrammetry records their true coordinates. A robot cuts the bridge to about five microns. That is why a traveler can leave with a fixed arch the same day. The ceramist and the surgeon share a wall.
