This is where the practice began. Before Collins, before the mill downstairs, there was a Manhattan boutique on East 40th — periodontics, occlusion, and the reconstructions that do not need a tourist schedule.
TMJ still lives here. So does the patient who does not want a flight. The protocol is the same chair, the same bite, without mixing the Miami desk into the call.
