The cases other rooms decline
Full-arch reconstruction is not cosmetic when the mouth is why someone stopped leaving the house. The future of the field is the cases everyone else sends away.
There is a class of patient who does not come for a brighter shade. They come because they have stopped being photographed, stopped dating, stopped going to the office, sometimes stopped opening the front door. The mouth is not a vanity in those rooms. It is the reason the life closed.
Those cases are inconvenient. They are surgical. They take a laboratory that can mill in hours, a periodontist who can also finish the tooth, an occlusion that will not destroy the new arch in a year. They are the cases other rooms politely decline, or stretch across eighteen months of temporaries until the patient disappears.
Dr. Tetri built a practice that can take them in Sunny Isles and in Manhattan: PIC photogrammetry, an in-house mill, gneuromuscular seating of the bite, and a day structured so a traveler can leave with a fixed provisional. Celebrity patients sit in the same protocol. The chair does not change for a famous name. The respect is in the difficulty, not the magazine.
Organic reputation in dentistry is not purchased. It is the residue of work that could not be done down the street. The aim of this journal is not traffic for its own sake. It is that a person in New York, in South Florida, or on another continent can find the room that will actually take the case — without an advertisement in the way.
