All-on-X

02 — Work

All-on-X

A fixed arch. Not a denture that bargains with the bone.

What it is

All-on-X is a grammar, not a brand. The number of implants follows the bone, the bite, and the lip. Dr. Tetri plans the arch so the lower face returns to length — what patients often describe, later, as looking rested. Temporary teeth can be fixed the day of surgery. The final zirconia is milled downstairs.

For

  • 01

A denture that will not stay, or a mouth that is past saving tooth by tooth.

  • 02

Advanced periodontal loss with a collapsed lower third of the face.

  • 03

A patient who can travel for a concentrated surgical day.

  1. 01The face first

Vertical dimension, midline, and the smile line are set before a fixture is chosen.

  2. 02Surgery

Failing teeth are removed. Implants are placed. Where the bone is thin, it is built.

  3. 03Teeth that afternoon

A fixed provisional. Then, after the tissue settles, a milled ceramic arch.
