Flying in: how a concentrated surgical day actually works
Patients come from New York, from the rest of Florida, and from abroad. The constraint is time. The method is one roof.
The Miami room on Collins Avenue exists, in part, because patients followed Dr. Tetri from Manhattan and then others followed those patients. A concentrated surgical day is not a slogan. It is a sequence: records and a face-driven plan before the flight; extraction, implants, and photogrammetry while the patient rests; a mill downstairs that can cut a provisional before evening.
It only works if the bite is already understood. A traveler with untreated TMJ who wants teeth in a day will be told the joint comes first. Speed without a seated occlusion is how porcelain becomes a second referral.
South Florida — Sunny Isles, Aventura, Hollywood, Hallandale, Miami Beach — can drive. New York can fly in the morning. International patients need a plan in writing, a place to recover, and a second, shorter visit for the final ceramic. None of that is advertised as a holiday. It is logistics around a reconstruction.
